1) Setting Up Your Employer Portal

This real-time dashboard allows you to manage all staff, see analytics and approve session requests. Only admin employees have access to this dashboard.
How It Works
Staff Are Added to Our Platform
Once added to the portal on your desired start date, the staff will receive a welcome email with instructions on how to get started.
  1. Staff need to sign up using their work email or enter the access code to start their well-being program and book counselling with their preferred counsellor.
  2. Alternatively, they can call our 24/7/365 hotline (1800 848 979) to book a session.
Analytics & Billing
As staff members join our app and access counselling services, anonymised and confidential data will appear in the employer portal. Depending on your plan, billing for counselling occurs on the 15th and end of each month based on usage.
Managing Staff Access
We recommend logging into the portal regularly to add or remove staff members. This helps ensure your new employees have uninterrupted access to our services and that former employees no longer have access to counselling.
Additional Sessions
If an employee uses all their allocated sessions for the year, an automated notification will be sent to your designated email address if the counsellor and employee believe additional sessions would be beneficial. From there, you can easily approve or decline any requests for additional sessions.
