About Mindway EAP

Our Mission
To make mental health support easy, personal, and effective for teams, so businesses and people can thrive.
Mindway is a modern Employee Assistance Program designed for today’s workplace. We make it simple for employees to access high-quality mental health support, while giving organisations the tools to deliver real, measurable impact.

Employees can choose their own counsellor, book sessions within 24 hours, and access support by phone or video. Everything is confidential and designed to give people control over how they get help.

For employers, Mindway makes wellbeing easy to manage. Our platform includes usage insights, priority booking, a dedicated program manager, and fast onboarding. Whether you’re a growing startup or a national team, our flexible model scales with your needs.

We believe mental health support should be easy to access, personal, and effective. That’s what we’re here to deliver.
