An EAP can improve employee well-being, leading to reduced absenteeism, increased productivity, and higher retention rates. It also helps create a supportive work environment, where employees can manage personal challenges before they impact their performance.
An EAP provides confidential support for employees through counseling, coaching, and referrals. Services typically include mental health counselling and wellbeing programs. Plans can be customized based on your business’s needs.
EAP pricing varies depending on the plan. We offer flexible options: per-use models or set fee structures for 3 counselling sessions, billed monthly or annually. Costs are structured to offer value, improving employee engagement and reducing turnover.
Success is measured through employee engagement rates, feedback surveys, and tracking reductions in absenteeism or turnover. Our plans include built-in engagement guarantees to ensure you get the most from your investment.
Yes, all EAP services are confidential. Information about an employee’s use of the program, including their sessions and personal details, is not shared with the employer, ensuring privacy and discretion. We do, however share basic reason for counselling eg. work stress to you (the employer) to identify areas for potential improvement.
Our registered Australian counsellors are highly experienced professionals who provide compassionate support for a wide range of personal and workplace challenges.
All our counsellors are registered with ACA and/or PACFA, the recognised peak bodies for counselling in Australia.
